Community Living, Inc. is seeking a Respite Services Intake Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for families exploring respite services. In this role, you’ll guide families through eligibility, enrollment, orientation, and ongoing coordination while making the process clear, welcoming, and efficient.

Schedule: FT 40 Hrs. Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

Pay Rate: $21.25/hr

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to new respite inquiries and conduct intake meetings

  • Guide families through eligibility, enrollment, and program expectations

  • Complete eligibility reviews, needs assessments, and annual renewals

  • Maintain a priority list for all respite referrals

  • Track and manage annual In-Home Respite funding allocations

  • Oversee the In-Home Respite Payment Portal (client setup, budgets, reimbursement processing, and reporting to finance)

  • Maintain accurate documentation in our electronic records system

  • Serve as a liaison between families, case managers, funders, and community partners

  • Complete required trainings and support overall program operations

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to document clearly and professionally

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • Experience in disability services, case management, or family support services

Work Environment:

  • Office-based position

  • Light physical activity (sitting, standing, typing, occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.)

Employment Requirements:

  • Criminal Background Check

  • Family Care Safety Registry Check

  • Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and proof of insurance
